Information you provide
The assessment form requests contact information, a general project location, and a description of the concern. Optional fields help us respond by your preferred method. Do not submit private recordings, resident lists, medical information, or confidential documents through this initial form.
Inquiries are sent to OSAT’s designated project mailbox. Hosting and email service providers necessarily process the submission to deliver it. Form content is not published on the site or intentionally stored in a public submission log.
Technical information and cookies
The website uses essential WordPress functions for authentication and form security. The hosting environment may retain access and security logs, which can contain network and browser information. Staging access is restricted and staging visits are excluded from analytics.
No advertising or behavioral analytics are included in this development version. Any production analytics configuration and related disclosures must be reviewed before launch.
